Frank's is a skilled therapist with experience that stretches over 10 years and encompasses a broad range of issues, making him proficient at working with individuals on issues such as anxiety, panic, stress, anger management, low self esteem and depression.
Additionally, Frank specialises in trauma including complex childhood trauma, physical and sexual abuse and PTSD
Frank offers both short and long-term therapy options, demonstrating a high level of dedication to his therapeutic work where clients can expect a warm, non-judgemental and confidential therapeutic environment.

Sabrina is a skilled therapist with over 5 years’ counselling experience within the Newry practice. Sabrina specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy (PCT), Sabrina also specialises in therapy for children and young people.
Sabrina has experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and childhood trauma. Sabrina is an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Sabrina offers a warm, supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic environment, tailoring her approach to meet the individual needs of each client.

Brian is an experienced integrative counsellor who works with adults, and children aged 11 and older. He uses CBT, (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), humanistic or person-centred therapy, as well as psychodynamic therapy to help his clients with a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. He is also qualified to provide counselling for trauma including Complex PTSD and childhood sexual abuse.
Brian has extensive experience working across the neurodiversity spectrum with people with affective disorders such as autism, ADHD, and learning disability. He has also worked for CRUSE Bereavement Support, counselling clients coping with grief and loss.
Brian is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). He provides a safe space where his clients feel listened to, as well as valued and understood.
