Before I started going to Frank for counselling, I was suffering very badly relationship anxiety and was experiencing multiple panic attacks every week. When I came to Frank however this changed. Talking to Frank made me feel so much better, as he helped me identify and acknowledge my barriers and obstacles, and helped me work through them by listening and offering his advice and knowledge. His counselling room is cosy and relaxing, which made me immediately feel at ease no matter how I was feeling. Now after just six sessions, my anxiety has gone and I am able to truly enjoy my life and my life with my girlfriend. Frank is truly a life saver !

I would highly recommend Frank as a counsellor. From my first session I was put at ease. I found the atmosphere created to be very relaxing and peaceful. I was able to use the techniques we talked about to help me through any anxiety or panic I encountered between sessions. Frank took the time and dedication to send me links and worksheets to help lessen my anxiety each week. I looked forward to my sessions as before I started counselling I had felt very lost and didn’t understand the symptoms or how to ease them. Frank was able to explain what was happening to me and give me the tools to deal with it. He was very understanding and was able to show me ways of switching the perspective and bring the positives to light. After completing my sessions with Frank I feel like a new person and that I am good enough!!! Frank is someone who understands and has the ability to help with any situation big or small. I find that in Frank I have made a good friend.

Frank is absolutely amazing. He really made me feel so so comfortable. There was no topic I felt we couldn’t discuss.
